RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our brand philosophy of adhering only to the highest standards in every step of development, production and user experience means, we take full responsibility for your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our product, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt with its original packing materials intact and a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The refills and moisture drops should not be used more than 1/4th of its original amount. It must also be in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to not honour return requests that we determine to be fraudulent. This return policy is only valid for products purchased directly from our authorized partners or our website www.goplaycosmetics.me
How to arrange for a return?
In the rare instance that you are unhappy with our product, simply drop us an email at email@example.com with your name, order reference number, point of purchase and telephone number. One of our product advisors will email or call you to understand the issue better and after due diligence, will provide you instructions on shipping the product back to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We will refund you the full amount of your order except shipping charges. For all returns, the shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer.
Cancellations (if applicable)
In a rare instance, if you've changed your mind after placing the order and wish to cancel, please contact us by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, order reference number, contact number and a convenient time to call. If the order has not been processed already for shipping, we will process the cancellation and notify you accordingly. Incase your order has already been processed, such cancellation will be treated as a Return. Please check the top section for Return Policy.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please drop us an email. Processing times differ for different cards, banks and countries.
We recommend contacting you bank or your credit card company first as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Gifts cannot be refunded, however, if the item was damaged, you may ask for an exchange to be arranged.

For international shipping, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. The initial shipping costs, any taxes and customs charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping shall be deducted from the refund amount.
