If you've already placed your order, we will send you an update once the product is ready to be delivered. 

We are currently offering shipping across the UAE and most GCC countries as well as many other international locations (the shipping charges will be displayed during checkout). The below details might not be reflective of any ongoing offers on delivery charges. Offers related to delivery, if any, will reflect during checkout. 

For UAE delivery, charges across all Emirates are AED 20 for each order

Delivery Charges to all GCC Countries are AED 95 for each order

For other international destinations, please enter your details during checkout to see the current shipping rates.

We are in the process of adding more shipping regions and will be shipping to most countries internationally. Please contact us at care@goplaycosmetics.me and we'll get back to you about delivery to your country.

Standard delivery time is 3-4 working days within the UAE. In case of any delay, please contact us along with order details so we can check on it for you. 

For international orders, you would see the delivery cost on the checkout page. No surprises there. Any applicable VAT and Custom fee charges for international destinations would have to be borne by the customer and they have to be paid at the time you receive the items. The delivery time is estimated to be 5-10 working days for international orders but there might be delays in some regions due to COVID related or customs clearance regulations. 

Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will have to place multiple orders. If you have already placed the order and wish to change the delivery address, please drop us an email. If the order has not been already processed and dispatched, we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, you may refuse to take delivery of the package and send us an email at care@goplaycosmetics.me, mentioning the reason for refusing acceptances along with your order reference number. We will shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

We try our best to accommodate special requests (such as expedited delivery, delivery at certain times of the day, deferred delivery), but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners. If you have any specific questions, we encourage you leave a note during checkout or you may email us before or after placing your order.
